This course fulfills licensure requirements for OT practitioners in the state of Tennessee. It covers one hour of ethics, and one hour of jurisprudence (including review & quiz time).

Learning objectives
After this occupational therapy continuing education course, the learner will be able to
  • understand the basic principal of ethics
  • understand the principles of the AOTA Code of Ethics and the NBCOT Code of Conduct

  • understand the ethical decision making process

  •  recognize appropriate ethical behavior

In order to receive the certificate of completion, participants must meet ALL of the following criteria:
  • Complete payment or TNOTA member log in for registration
  • View course videos in entirety
  • Pass the course exam with a score of 80% or greater
Please note that no credit or certificate will be issued unless all criteria is met.  Partial credit will not be issued.
