Unpacking the Practice Act

This course will provide an in-depth review of the rules regarding the practice of occupational therapy in the state of Tennessee. Topics include: description of the state licensure board composition and it's authority, supervision guidelines/requirements, CE requirements, initial licensure and licensure renewal requirements/processes, process for certification in physical agent modalities, telehealth, and the steps of rule making hearings as it applies to creating changes to practice.
