Pain affects individuals of all ages and backgrounds. The United States

biopsychosocial model for pain as well as the biological, psychological,
and sociological factors that contribute to the development of pain. This course is targeted at occupational therapy assistants and occupational therapists. This course uses the following instructional methods: recorded audio, visual aides (ie slides and videos), discussion board, transcription/closed captioning, guided note taking, and learning, and practice opportunities.
