This session provides an overview of the Just for OT: Practitioner-to-Coach Program, a 78-hour coaching certificate designed for occupational therapy practitioners.

The program focuses on developing coaching as an occupational therapy intervention, with attention to scope, clinical reasoning, and application across practice settings. It is intended for OTs and OTAs who want to strengthen how they support behavior change, chronic condition management, and health-related goals within their existing roles.

During this session, we will review the structure of the program, expectations for participation, and how coaching skills are developed through practice, feedback, and competency-based evaluation.

Time will be reserved for questions to help you determine whether the program aligns with your current practice and goals.
