Mentorship is more than just guidance; it’s a relationship. In this interactive, panel-style webinar, you’ll hear honest, real-life stories from both mentors and mentees about what has made their experiences meaningful, challenging, and worthwhile.

Together, we’ll explore what helps mentorship relationships grow, how to handle moments that feel uncomfortable or uncertain, and how to stay connected and engaged in the relationship. Moderators will guide the conversation while creating space for reflection, shared learning, and practical takeaways you can use right away. Plus, the audience can share their own experiences.

This session is designed to feel conversational, relatable, and grounded in everyday OT practice so whether you’re new to mentoring or have been part of mentorship for years, you’ll walk away with fresh perspective, encouragement, and tools to strengthen your relationships.
