Brand New Webinar

This webinar will be held on Zoom.

Do you ever feel like you want to do more than treat the symptoms of chronic disease?

What if you could help clients not just manage their conditions, but actively move toward higher levels of wellness and thriving? This course introduces you to health and wellness coaching—a powerful approach that provides the roadmap for supporting your clients' journey to optimal health and well-being. Health coaching is a specific set of evidence-based intervention skills designed to improve health behaviors and support sustainable lifestyle change.

You'll discover how to view health and wellness through the illness-wellness continuum, understanding that wellness isn't just the absence of disease but an ongoing journey toward higher levels of thriving. By exploring the eight interconnected dimensions of wellness—physical, emotional, social, spiritual, intellectual, occupational, financial, and environmental—you'll gain a holistic understanding of what truly supports well-being.

Through real examples and engaging activities, you'll see how coaching conversations help clients tap into their own wisdom and motivation to create changes that stick.
