Ensuring your account is set up so Aspire OT can report to CE Broker

In order to ensure your course completions will be reported to CE Broker, check your Aspire OT account for certain settings. Follow this guide to make sure your account is ready!

On any Aspire OT webpage, locate the top header then find the first option: 
Sign In: See Step 1A
Me: See Step 1B
Note: If you are on a tablet or a phone, you may need to click on the three line symbol to reveal the header options:
Step 1A

Click on Sign In

You will now enter in your email and password. The email must be the original email you created your Aspire OT account with. If you forget your password, you can use the “Forgot your password” option (Highlighted in green in the image).

Once you click on Login, move to Step 1B

Note: If you used one of the social media or Google buttons (circled in orange in the image) to originally create your account, you will need to use that button to sign in. It will not recognize your email address if you do type it in the space provided. You must use the button instead.

Hover over "Me" found in the header menu

A dropdown menu will appear. Click or tap on "Account"

Move to Step 2

You will now on be your account page.

Ensure you are on the "Account Info" Section (Green arrow in the image). Your screen will look similar to the image.

Locate the "Edit" button on the top right. Highlighted in orange in the image. Click or tap the edit button.

*Please note the fields you need to edit will not appear until you have clicked/tapped the edit button.

Step 3

You will now see your full information

Locate the area highlighted in yellow (found in the image associated with this step). Click and choose the state that you are licensed in.

Locate the area highlighted in green. Click and enter in your license number for the state you choose.

Locate the area highlighted in purple. Click and choose your role as an OT or OTA. Please note if you choose a student role, you will not be eligible for reporting.

If you are licensed in more than one state that requires CE Broker, please email us at info@AspireOT.us 

Step 5

Locate the save button in the right corner. Highlighted in orange in the picture. Click or tap to save. 

You have now the three required items for us to report to CE Broker for you!

At this time forward, we will begin reporting course completions for you within 48 hours of you completing any course. Please note we are unable to report any previous courses you completed before we had all the information for CE Broker. You will need to report those courses.

Aspire OT works diligently to ensure that all continuing education activities are accurately reported to CE Broker and that course information aligns with state requirements at the time of submission. While we make every effort to minimize errors and maintain up-to-date approval information, reporting systems and state regulations are subject to change.

It is the responsibility of each participant to verify that a course meets their specific state licensure renewal requirements and to confirm that continuing education credits have been properly applied to their license record. We strongly encourage all practitioners to regularly review their CE Broker account and their state licensing board requirements to ensure compliance.
