Occupational therapy is a valuable profession that has been serving individuals, groups and populations for over a hundred years. Unfortunately OT is often under-recognized. The literature indicates that occupational therapy practitioners have difficulty effectively explaining what OT is. This course will provide occupational therapists, occupational therapy assistants and students with a process for developing an effective explanation to answer the question: What is OT?
This professional development activity is targeted at occupational therapy assistants and occupational therapists.
This free occupational therapy CEU course uses the following instructional methods: visual aides (ie slides), discussion board, guided note taking, and learning.
Content disclosure: This course does not exclusively focus on any specific product or service.
