Occupational therapy is a valuable profession that has been serving individuals, groups and populations for over a hundred years, but continues to be unrecognized. The literature indicates that occupational therapy practitioners have difficulty effectively explaining what OT is. This course will provide occupational therapists, occupational therapy assistants and students with a process for developing an effective explanation to answer the question: What is OT?
This professional development activity is targeted at occupational therapy assistants and occupational therapists.
This free occupational therapy CEU course uses the following instructional methods: visual aides (ie slides), discussion board, guided note taking, and learning.
Content disclosure: This course does not exclusively focus on any specific product or service.
