Generational intelligence in healthcare refers to understanding the unique characteristics of different generations in order to provide personalized care. It recognizes that individuals from different generations require healthcare professionals to adapt their approach to effectively engage and communicate with clients. By leveraging generational intelligence, OTPs can improve team communication, patient satisfaction, increase adherence to treatment, and ultimately improve health outcomes.
