Course Series:
This course is the third in a series. The first we, "Occupational Therapy's Role in Medication Management & Adherence and Evaluating Medication Management in Occupational Therapy," is not a prerequisite for participation in this webinar.
Ensuring adherence to prescribed medications is vital for maintaining optimal health and functionality, yet up to 50% of occupational therapy practitioners may not routinely incorporate medication management interventions into their practice.
This course addresses this gap by providing occupational therapy practitioners with the knowledge and skills necessary to integrate medication management interventions effectively.
Participants will gain insights into evidence-based intervention techniques tailored to the unique needs of their clients. Through a comprehensive overview, attendees will learn to develop personalized intervention plans aligned with clients' abilities, goals, and the dynamics of their practice settings.
By the end of this course, participants will be equipped with practical strategies to confidently incorporate medication management interventions into their occupational therapy practice, ultimately enhancing client outcomes and promoting overall well-being.
